The Audubon Inn owners have created a “Trio of Treasures” menu that will include dishes like: seared scallop, chicken stuffed mushroom, braciole di manzo, stuffed shell with butternut squash and spinach, just to name a few. The courses will be paired with the perfect wines presented by The Piggly Wiggly’s wine expert. Bottles and cases of wine will be available for purchase at a discount price the night of the dinner.
